Jusin I love your pipes and what a differance, with the stock muffler it is still loud as shit:D what can I do to make it more of a sleeper sound? I dont mind if when I jump on it that it wakes the dead, but at normal driving I want it about as quiet with the cats on. Or there is no in between. Just the heat differance with the cats gone is a big plus. But as the saying goes if its too loud your too old:p not so much old just want to keep the peace with the neighbors:marchmellow: and the fuzz:p

A cheap route is to get Cherry Bomb glass paks and leave the stock muffler on......straight thru design and will cut the sound considerably...cost about $37 ea.

so that will quiet it down? thats what your runnin isnt it? Good to go. where did you install them in the middle or right before the stock muffler?

Yep, I put them on mine and did away with the drone........the service mgr at my dealer used to say he knew when I pulled in because his windows in his office would start vibrating....I pulled in the other day and he said "you must be driving the Bronco..I didnt hear you pull up"...I was in the truck..

cool thank you sir.Hows your beast running? and are you going to enlarge the holes in your retrictor plates? I wish I would of dynoed it before I did the holes, I can feel a differance especialy in the mid range, feels like it pulls harder. The reason I ask is because you have numbers to go against. But thanks again brother.

I am thinking about enlarging the holes....I am going to have to go to larger injectors and retune since I installed Stinker's 7" crank pulley....I am using the Roe standard 5.6LB pulley and now put out 11LBs....

I did do a dyno since then and that is when I found I was running out of fuel starting about 4700 RPM....but I was also putting out 670HP at that point but started falling as the fuel leaned out....I expect around 725HP when I get the injectors and retune....

so stinkers pulley is worth it? yeah injectors is the only thing left that I need to finish my fuel system (Sorry Justin will get those back to you soon:eek: ) but until then I am goin redneck style and turning my 48lbs to 62lbs:marchmellow: I know I know, I figure they will last until fall:p then winter comes and new injectors. but thats why I need to get to the dyno so I can see where my fuel is at a/f is dead on but thats only going off the uego. Then like you I will know what I need to get then. But ordering the cherries today thanks again.

Yes stinker's pulley is the way to go...I am glad he "made" me buy it...I am getting exactly 11PSI with the 5.6LB pulley.....a 10LB pulley may be worth 14PSI...............with the stock crank pulley and a 10LB SC pulley I was hitting 9.3PSI.............my PSI was double checked by my AEM in cab boost gauge and my dealers tech guage...both were right on...the belt you will need is below...this is with the 5.6LB pulley..
