This guy has excellent customer service , even the best !
While putting on my front springs i discovered that my QA1 shock adjusting knob was not working . I pm'd justin , he replied the shocks had no warranty but told me to send it .After a week i found a new QA1 shock shipped back , he even paid for shipping .

Respect for this guy for his excellent service and hard work , thank you Justin.:rock:
