I've gone through 3 p/s pumps since I got back from Afghanistan...originally I blew the line and replaced the radiator with Justin efan. The problem
Is Ive replaced the line that goes from the pump to rack and pinion 2 times and three pumps. Any ideas why this keeps happening? Could the cooler be blocked up and Heating the fluid up causing this? Any Way to tell if this is true? Any other ideas? Could the rack n pinion cause this at all??? Any help would be great.

When I got the JMB efan on my truck, I blew the first braided steel lines. The loss of extra clutch lines from the stock fan really increases the pressure since the pump doesn't decrease output. Might just be from the fact that the steel lines make the pump the weak point in the equation. Maybe an underdrive pulley swap will slow down the pump.

we've had to fix more than a few here lately, took us a bit to figure out the problem, but eventually it all comes out
