DAMN! Those are hard to come by too...
Wish things were different...that would be in route if I had the dough.
That's where pretty much what most of the SS guy's did for theirs...best bang for the buck. The SS could certainly use the help...amazing what 18 years of technology does for ya...just no truck out there that compares to the 10 IMHO.:dontknow:
The SS get's me back and forth to work though...just turned 51K on her.:burnout: It could certainly be a better ride around town with the SC on her though. Honestly the truck could be built to be pretty darn quick.
One of the fellas at work just gave me a decent set of slicks...just need to get some cheap rims and bolt em up...see what we get...it's still a 15 sec truck:slug: It would be nice to get into the deep 13's...it's a hunk of iron though. Got a brake job in the future...everythings in the garage...cryod, ready to install...just can't be down a vehicle right now... got houses to paint.

I had a 96' just like yours with a 350 vortec, whipple SC'r,headers,custom tune, ect ect
It was quick but not quite as fast as the 10 was stock
