Kevan & His Truck

that is not the wing....that is from driving a Volvo.......:D

Those who denegrate Volvos end up with brick up their ass. If there was ever a need for a wing...Volvo owners are at the top of the list...send me your wing, it will improve the looks of my "brick wagon".

Ya know, my neighbor and I have tried a bunch of different ones on our vehicles, and they all end up either on the rims or on the body.
To quote Fletch, "Look at all the filth and muck on here!"

Considering how long it takes to clean these wheels, the last thing I need is more crap on them. :)
try zaino's tire shine youll love it, oh by the way, trucks looks excellent. you gonna be at the nats next year?

Try Turtle Wax ICE on them...buff them when done...great finish, and no slinging of product on the paint:D

I especially like the SRT-10 in the hood vent.

me too........
I've got a few PM's about this as well, so here goes:

This was applied by the previous owner of the vehicle so I don't have part numbers or prices, but I do know that the lettering on the hood scoop inlet is standard 04-05 'SRT-10' stick-on lettering (available via the dealership?). I believe it's the same as on the doors of the truck. Remove adhesive backing; apply to grille face in a straight line (and centered).
Done.
Remember: measure twice; stick once. LOL

If anyone would like closer/different pics of the inlet with the letters, feel free to email me.

I'll get with my neighbor and we'll see which we have tried and which failed the "gets loose" test. I don't remember the brand names. We gave up at the end of last summer. I'll take these notes over to him and let him test on his little Audi before I do my truck. :D
