I'm in Kingsport Tennessee visiting my dad. This place is beautiful. I am a flatlander and driving in these mountains takes some getting used to. People here are very friendly.
Does anyone have any ideas for some local sightseeing? I'm staying at the comfort inn.:rock:

I use to live in kingsport. Its Beautiful. If you really wanna see pretty though drive to roan mountain state park. Its about an hr away but its worth it.

What's the deal with the hundreds of old cars I have seen today? Now I know where old cars go when they die...here in car heaven. I seen some really nice cars today.

Hey Mark...sorry we couldnt get hooked up today...I still aint hit the shower..LOL....like I told you on the phone old car owners usually get together on Friday/Sat down town....on a nice day like today you will see them all over town...plus Bristol Dragway has the street car races tomorrow and a car show.....I plan to go and run tomorrow...if all goes well I should see 11s.........and to make that record we will work all night replacing the Viper engine with a stock 5.7 Hemi......:eating:

Went across the street to kmart parking lot and there was a drive in car show. Cool stuff there. I saw a saleem f150 supercharged. Anyone know anything about those?
