KRC/ SCT IS IN!!!

PRO'S-- 1.Truck seems to have more power.
2. Trans now shifts at indicated 6000rpm.

CON-- 1.Tiny bit of spark rattle.

Bottom Line I am:elefant: :D :D :D
 
If it were not for the fact that my lincoln is still alot faster, but is fine until I get some type of forced induction on the truck to make up for the weight diff.

If your pinging, I would send the data/info to KRC, and let him make the appropriate adjustment... "lean is mean.......and fuel is....";)
Hell of a "balance" with these motor's and the correct tune.
 
I,ll be heading up to Marty/KRC,Sometime in May.I can't wait!!!:D :D

Man, you really need to post some pics of that car. I know I'm not the only one wanting to see it. What does it run in the 1/4?

Car is at MV Performance in Statham,Ga. According to their dyno it should
be high 12's. The only photo's of it are in it. Will go this week to pick up car
if ready or get pic's.

I got my SCT today too!!! Now I just need a truck to load it in:D

Try some octane booster first, then lets update it. Tell me what RPm it is at also. Later!
 
Man a S/C 94 town car!!!!!! thats awesome, I had a 95 town car and I loved it. What type of rear end did you put in it? I am thinking about getting a 97 cartier when the lease is up on my truck! Just waiting to find a silver one! Hopefully I can find something with under 80k miles!
 
SCT = A wideband to monitor A/F is a must. This is my first post here, I bought an 04 RC a few months ago and aggressive modding has started already. I sold my 550hp Neon SRT-4, it was a fun build and a fun car.

I am going to schedule their dyno so we can send the info to you and nail the tune right then.

Marty, it is obvious you have talent and I am sorry you got spanked by us,
however you have proven to my satisfaction that this situation with the SCT's
was simply due to under estimating the demand and

I look foward to doing business in the future.:):D

It trashed the stock rear in about two months. Replaced with Moser 31 spline
axels,Detroit TrueTrac diff,Ford MotorSport ring & pinion,Very thick bearing support type cover.

The main issue has been the trans.

If I had gone first class to begin with I would be thousands ahead now.

From the start go with A fully built trans to include 300m stub shaft,
billet"Mustang"Torque convertor,Extra deep pan,extra large cooler,
Baumann engineering kit W/ controller.

Also if you get some real power "Replace The front Seats",
About the 10th or so run the stock seat frame ripped in two and I nearly crashed the car. I put leather Mustang GT Buckets in it(very Thick Frames)

Also install hood pins "Hood is Aluminum" and will fold up around 120mph.

Last ,have speed limiter set at about 145mph. Found this out the hard way
if air gets under it.

Man all of that is crazy. I love when guys take these least expected cars and turn them into monsters. I mean really, who droves a 600rwhp town car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
