L-3 is a big employer in waco... they test there planes an such from out airport... they got some cool stuff!

What the "F" happened to OPSEC?????
Why do we continue to Tell them What and How we are using equipment?
How does anyone expect us to do the missions when we leak EVERYTHING?
How many DEAD AMERICANS will this cause?
When will individuals that do this be sent to JAIL??????
Why isn't EVERYONE mad that things like this happen?
Why can't SECRETS remain Secrets?

Sorry but things like this just spin me up..... As an American and former Service Member it is absolutely amazing that the press can publish these items without fear and and then have the nerve to ask why the enemy constantly stays ahead of us, of course they do WE TELL THEM HOW....

Its a good question in my mind.
But I would hope that there is a strategic reason for revealing the presence of that weapon in the theater. Rarely do we get to understand the reasons why some things are revealed and some are not.
Information release is an art...and the process is very intricate. Just a possible scenario...maybe it really won't be there as scheduled...or maybe there is a technical glitch...but we want the enemy to think that it is operational...possibly we want to see what counter actions are going to be implemented prior to entering the fray with a new weapon...
But on the other hand it may have just been such a well know fact that there was more value in its announcement than in keeping it under covers...
Years from now someone will write a book and expose the concepts to us...
