I have found a local in town that can make a larger or smaller pulley.

I am making a 7" diameter one for my truck (again). Stock is close to 6" (probably in mm's for measurement).

One piece.

No cost estimate yet. I don't expect it to be too much.

Shout out if interested in one while I make mine.

This is not a group buy.

I am interested. Will this work with the ROE if I am using a smaller upper pulley? At what RPM will the ROE be wasting its time?

They WILL be very expensive if there done right trust me;)

I got 10 of them made for someone:D :D :D:rock:

I already had David Weaver make me one over a year ago. That price wasn't bad.

With the smaller SC pulley from Roe, and a 7" crank pulley, you should see/expect about 13 lbs of boost. Sean has the calculation needed to determine boost.

This post wasn't meant to really discuss issues with greater boost, nevertheless be aware of fuel and air intake issues, belt slippage, injector size, and engine build for this boost. Plenty of other quality posts on this forum to discuss/comment. So please do not attempt on stock system.

I am sure I could have him make an underdrive pulley as long as there is no vendor selling one on here. If there is a vendor selling them, I will not ask.

Hmmmm, you have 10 larger pullies? Then no need for this post then.

One thing Eric (RamfromHell) and I noticed, is that our stock crank pullies were two different depths. However, mine was the same as Ironheads. So I don't know if depends on year/model?

yep and maybe you should call him and talk with him about those pullys Kyle

I'm going to as soon as I wash my dirty ASS!!!:p :p

Hey Bone, let me know the cost. One question, will this work with an ATI Damper?

Bone.............why is anyone even looking into this right now. Should we all be more worried about swaping the Lysholm for Whipples? Hell a Whipple at 6# makes more hp than a Lysholm at 10!!!!!!

I'd be interested in a year.................. post build you know. :)

I am having mine made next week. Just offering it up since I have been looking for years for one with not much luck, Eric can attest to that.

Advantage for a FI RC?...
Is that a question? RC vs. QC?

Don't know the cost, would take a W.A.G. around 200-400 bucks.

If the ATI damper is put inline with the crank pulley then probably not. It would depend if it offset the pulley or not? Never used one. Are you planning high RPMs?

Dave, whats the advantage of using a larger crank pully as opposed to a smaller blower pulley? Isn't it the end result the same?

Less slippage, but I wasn't comparing them.

I (will be) am using both, not one or the other.

ATI requires a different pulley than a stock truck. Kyle had both made last I heard.

Thanks for the info Justin. I'll talk with my builder and let you know Bone.

The Twin Screw Compressor is by far the best supercharger available on the market today. It is the only supercharger that provides a positive displacement design for maximum low-end torque, as well as high efficiency for maximum top-end horsepower. Centrifugals and turbos give severe lag time during shift points and on-off throttling and have increased emission levels at high speed and boost. Roots-type superchargers are not as efficient, especially at higher boost levels.

Bone, did you get the pulley yet? It is my understanding that the stock pulley works with the ATI dampner, so this should work for me?

Stock pulleys DO NOT work with the ATI, there is a different offset on Gen 3 motors, You have to use the ATI pulley or an aftermarket pulley made for the ATI.

Nope, not yet. Installer has it. I told him no rush since I was still playing around with my meth motor and Vec harness.

I never used an ATI dampner, did read about it on their website. It does, like Justin said look like it may make it too wide, which is the problem I had with my first larger pulley.

I do have Jame's stock pulley if you have bought the ATI, I can test fit it if you like? Or compare?

I let you know as I am receiveing all the parts for my build this week.

Thanks!
