I have a larger tranny pan on my truck but I have 2 problems.
1. It did not come with a spacer to lower the filter.
2. Since the pan is larger the dipstick does not read correctly.

Anyone know where I can get these 2 items?

Suggestion for the dipstick...

Fill the trans to the point where the fluid is just seeping out of the fill plug...replace the plug. Insert the dip stick and mark the full mark.

Will that work for the dipstick?

The dipstick should stay the same. (think about it)

Call the maker of the pan as far as the filter, they usually use a 4wd filter or spacer.

The relationship of the fluid to the valve body should stay the same no matter how deep the pan is.

That is why you don't need a new dipstick.

Check with the aftermartket pan manufacturer, as some don't require a longer filter like MagnaHytec.
The stock dip stick should work like 'Supercar' says.

I thought the dip stick measured the amount of fluid in the pan. I guess I was wrong. I have the magnahytec so that is probably why it didn't come with one. Now I need to add some more fluid to the tranny since it is low.

Which Maghytec pan do you have?

They make two for our trucks. One holds 1.5 more qts and uses the stock filter without a spacer.

The other pan 727-DD(double deep) holds several more qts and requires a spacer.

The DD hangs pretty low. I put them both up for measurement/lookie-see at Suncoast.

I went with the single deep to not have to worry about it being knocked off over some protrusion in the road.

I'm pretty sure I went with the smaller one and not the double deep. Which sucks cause my tranny fluid did not even register on the stick yesterday.

add 1/2 a qt at a time till you get it to the full mark. thats what i did.

i will fed ex you my asshole brother -in-law ,,,he is the biggest damn dipstick i know ,,,hahahah,,,j/k :D
