Here it is! Mandatory modification if you have recently moved from Florida to Illinois!

60,000 BTU Space Heater...to be used as an afterburner next summer at the Nationals!

All the ricers up here seem to be limited to trash can mufflers only. Now I did see a silly stock 15 or 18 year old Bronco (faded baby blue, with rust accents) that ran in the low 11's, now that was a sleeper!

I have to get with some of you military types to find out how to mount my afterburner.

Roy,
Just use some 100mph tape to secure it to the tailgate.... And don't forget the T-10 reserve chute 100mph taped to the rear bumper to slow you down. Your gonna need it. :burnout:

:D

They don't still use T-10's do they? I went through transition to the T-10 steerable...was a great improvement from pulling risers to dump air from one side or the other.

Do you guys think tire chains would give me some bite in the quarter? Haven't thought about that, but what a cheap solution to tire spin!

Ever see the Simpsons episode, where Homer left his tire chains on in the summertime? Haha, he was throwing a rooster tail of asphalt, it was awsome:D . You would have to change your name to Prof Pavement Ripper.

ROFL.....100MPH tape will fix anything.

Any of you ever watched the Red Green show.......Handy Man's Corner.....The handy man's secret weapon....Duct tape....lol

They would fix EVERYTHING with duct tape. That show was great.

Roy, I take it that the space heater is so you can sit in the garage, drink beer and dream of woopin up on Ricers in good old Florida!!!:p

Miss ya my friend!!

Hope all is well!!

Yah, but you have to put up with all those girls with long blond hair and lots of skin showing...we don't have to worry about that here!

LOL, yeah they still use T-10B reserve chutes. SF uses the MC1-1B (or -1C's) steerable for a main. The conventional jumpers like 82nd still use a T-10 main chute and still have to steer by pulling risers.

Only thing that's changed is the old strike plate harness has been replaced.
