Just putting out a feeler for people interested in attending a car show in Laughlin Nevada next March.

The organizers asked me if any VTCOA members would be interested in attending, if enough show an interest and register, they would open a category of awards for our trucks.

Three day event, would start

3/12 Friday - Registration and party in the event area.
3/13 - Saturday - Event
3/14 - sunday - Awards breakfast

It's mainly a PT Cruiser event, this year for the first time they invited Prowlers and I know they want 10's.

If you might be interested, let me know and I'll let them know.

I think you might have the wrong dates up there. ;) I'll check with the boss and let you know.

oh WOW, ok. I have NO clue what I'll be doing next year. LOL, I'll keep you posted though.

We're just trying to get a feel to see if there is enough interest to go forward and set up a class for our trucks.

For them to setup a class and then buy the awards, it will take at least 7. This is a prety good event, great party in the event area on Friday night, plus show & glow competition.

Usually since we're all parked for 3 days, there a few parties going on all day saturday. I know the wife takes her Margararator, it make a gallon on margaritas at a time & plugs into the power outlet on her PT. great food.

This year's event had over 150 PT Cruisers and 14 prowlers.

FYI: I just got off the phone with the fellow who puts on this event, he said the SRT10's are more than welcome, there will be three awards given out for the truck class. For anyone interested, this event's proceeds are donated to the Leroy Boys Home in San Bernardino, they raise quite a bit every year for this worthy cause.

So, if you'd be interested in attending, keep it on your todo list and as soon as the registration forms are made available, I'll post a link to them.

Usually we all travel up there together leaving either on Thursday or Friday early.
