Beyond the Sun....
Ok.. to make a long story short.. after nearly 2 years of court battles (represented myself), I won my suit against the defendants that I sued...by default.. for a sum of $43k. It was a against a dealership that stole 2 of my cars that I traded in, but never paid them off... they also got sued by the State attorney and admitted to consumer fraud...

Ok.. so what I am looking for is... a format of a document that I can file with the Superior Court for:

Petition for Supplemental Proceeding, of which I will attach a Exhibit of the Docs/Information they must bring to the hearing. This is also sometimes called a Judgement Debtors Hearing.

Basically it will allow me to look at their financial informaiton ask the judge what I can attach to or take ownership of.

Any help on this would be great... I am going down to the Arizona Law Library on Friday sometime.. I have been told that they have some excellent docs.

Congratulations you are now on your first step to recovery. It appears you have succeded in conquering your denial. Now all you need to do is shrink your head, OOPS,:p I mean see a shrink! :D :D :D

you should hire a lawyer. it's worth the money to get these things done right!

good luck!

Collecting is the difficult part. Get a lawyer, only fools represent themselves.

Don't count on collecting a penny, default means there don't care and have nothing to protect.

what they said get a laywer its hard to beat a man at his own game.

Right.. that is exactly why I represented myself.... since they have nothing for me to collect on.... I know they will blow off the hearing.. and then have a arrest warrant issued for them... putting them in jail will be enough satisfaction for me... maybe have them serve some time in tent city...

The hardest part about the whole case and why it took soooooo long was tracking them down to get papers and docs served on them....

CA-CHING!!!! Right On baby!

Ain't nothing for me to collect on.. thats why I felt paying a lawyers thousands and thousands only to be able to collect buckus.... was nothing but a waste of good money.....

But like I said.... if they blow of the hearing.. the court will issue a arrest warrant for them... then the next time they get stopped (and I have a history from the public record of them getting pulled over, for one reason or other), they will be thrown in jail until a hearing date...=)

What is the name of this place????

Well.. they are no longer in business.. (obviously)...

US Auto Management
Auto Managment USA

Owner - Rob J Allen (Robert J Allen)
Accomplice - Joseph R Robinson, this guy has real interesting police record

My contract with them was to have them locate a buyer for my two cars, I basically consigned my cars to them... I had them for sale in the Auto Trader for few months, and then as solicitated by them.

I checked their business records, BBB Records, etc.. all came out good before I did business with them. From what I found at least 108 people lost their vehicles to these crooks...

My trans am is still around.. it has been seen being driven by Joseph... he also got pulled over once it it... but Scottsdale Police never ran the plates to find out the owner of the vehicle... The montero has not been since since.

This all went down in 2002.

I lost a 2000 Trans Am, and a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero ES.
