I was in town tonight looking to have some fun as I ussually am on a pretty Saturday night, when I got bored and headed home. I was on an almost abandoned road when I noticed a set of headlights coming up on me real fast. I thought it might be a patrol car so I slowed down alittle. As he got closer I could hear him down shift, and then I noticed it was a red L right on my bumper. I down shifted from 5th to 3rd as he came up beside me. We both punched it at the same time. We raced to about 120 where I was about 4 truck lengths ahead. We then turned around and started back and ran again from a 30 mph kick. He pulled about half a truck length when we punched them, then I pasted him as we raced to 135 mph where I was maybe 6 truck lengths ahead. I don't know if he let off when he realized he was beat or kept in it all the way. He did stop and talk after. He was a real cool guy. Said he wanted an SRT-10 bad but just couldn't afford it right now. His truck had straight exhaust, pulley, and a CAI. He said he beat the other SRT-10 in town, but I haven't gotten to talk to him to know for sure.
Just thought I would share this with everyone. I don't get many races around here.
