Is this a DIY project or more complicated?

Very easy the installation manual is on the pact and website and it took me about a day and a half to install completely runs perfect with a can tune from ToriI

What turbo set up is he going to run? Or who's building it for him?

Belanger headers with twin ct triple ceramic ball bearing turbos. they will be mounted right off the headers. I just did one on my 2008 nissan 350z nismo and its amazing
