line lock ?

when my line lock is engaged, my front tires roll. Were would I begain troubleshooting this?

I have a toggle switch that I use.

mine is set up were i turn it on at my control panal, then when i hit the button on my shifter a red light comes on,,,,,then when i hit the button again the red light goes off. I thought the way they had it was when the red light came on meant it was engaged. but it seems like i have to hold the button down for the car to tourge up
