They'll stay there too. You need to call a bee keeper, he'll come a running and take 'em home with him. If you can't find one call the county extension agency or someone like that, maybe the animal control folks, someone will know a bee keeper that'll come and get them buddies. If you don't they'll likely start a hive, then you're gonna have hell, especially if it's in the eve of the house or sumthin.
 
Texas is right. Let them live. I read a news article this morning that bees have been seriously disappearing in great numbers. That is a big deal because there are farmers who rely on bees for pollinating their crops. With lower numbers of bees, come lower crop yields. There is evidence that it may be related to the energy needed to transmit cell calls that disrupts the navigational ability of the bees. Could even be the reason they ended up in your tree.
