I am asking anyone with a good header and catless mids to help me decide what to go with next. I have had my 05 QC since Oct,and I love it. I have put on MagnaFlow cat-back exhaust, DC Perf. did the comp. Now I am looking to put headers and catless mids on.

So if anyone with a good set-up can help, I would love to hear from you.
Thank You.

Stink,

That's a classy move. :congrats: :congrats: :congrats: :congrats:

Brad,

Couldn't tell you the perfromance difference between shorties and LT on a QC, but I went with Belanger LT's and hi-flow mids on my QC and I couldn't be happier.

I bought the Bassani shortys because I could not justify the difference in price for long headers...that said, no vender was running the deal Roe is right now as mentioned by Stinker above...get em while there hot....

BTW..cant remember if Roes deal is jet hot coated..if not you definitely need to do that..

Thank you guys, i have talked with Sean and it looks like the deal.
But I am still looking, so please keep the feed back comming, thanks again.

I went with Bassini shortys just for looks on my QC. You can get them for about 1K from JMB Justin.

Thank You everyone, I have ordered the belanger lt headers and high flow cats. That is what I have found to be the best deal for the power gains, and price.
Thanks again guys,
Brad

That is what I want t o do. Let me know what the SOFTP (seat of the pants) meter reads when you are done!:burnout: Plus let us know what the install was like (assuming you do it yourself) and make sure you include some good pics of after!

yep the Belanger's are Jet Hot coated inside & out. they are just a few blocks from each other in Phoenix.

The one thing I heard about the bellangers were that they were a very easy install.

I have the bellanger long tubes as well, and the only advise I would give you is KEEP THE ORIGINAL MANIFOLD GASKETS!!! The plastic gaskets the bellangers come with blow out in no time. Other than that they perform and look great and they're easy to install. You won't be disapointed.

i agree with ya on the gaskets. had to replace mine last week. went with the Comtic ex. gaskets & Totally Stainless header bolts with their wedge lock washers.
as far as the install its pretty easy. not sure if a QC is any harder, but its one of the pleasures of havin one of these beasts is workin on them yourself

Get yourself a set of the factory gaskets and some stage 8 bolts and you're done. Install was easy.....paid someone to do it.:D :D :D

Yes,that is what I heard, so when I ordered them I also got a set of stainless ARP bolts and lock washers and a new set of factory gaskets. They will be installed next weekend (if they show up by then).

Once CARLWALSKI gets his Billy Boats full exhaust system on if he has not already i am going to get those depending on the sound. I called Lou at Bellenger but no one called me back. Carlo gave me the info. I just need the kit.
