Loud Whistle, HELP

Noise happened to my truck after sitting all winter

sorry everyone, it has been a while. I ended up taking the truck in for repair. The noise was lifter valves, and a valve seal leak and was leaking onto my starter. Anyone had these issues. Extended warranty covered it all cost me 100$ hx to my Total Care Auto Warranty it covers EVERYTHING about 3,000 parts until my odometer says 100,000 miles.....I'm a happy guy !
