Lousy 60 foot times

Help!
I can't get the 60' times below 30 seconds! What could be wrong?
Current conditions: Temperature: -31, (-43 with the wind), 9" of snow.

good set of tryggs tire chains and half a box of sand should fix ya up! lol! Sand works as duel purpose,just carry a shovel.
