Lower control arm

Hey everyone, 4 days ago I hit a deer and it bounced me into a concrete bridge inbutment. It messed my truck up pretty bad. The body shop is having a hard time finding a passenger side lower control arm and an axle for the right side. If anyone knows where I get them Please PM me or reply here. I am sick. It even broke the front hub and the wheel fell off. The air bags didn't even deploy. The body shop man said I hit in the worst possible spots.
