Lower Grills

I just got an '04 a few weeks back. The previous owner shot the grill in the hood scoop and the lower ones an ugly silver which is now chipping and looks like crap! Is there a good way to get the lower ones out without removing the whole bumper?

YES you have to remove the bumper cover, I just did this last month.

Have no fear, removing the front bumper cover takes literally 15 minutes, sometimes longer if you're drinking.
