Good reference instructions above. If working by yourself or to make it a bit easier and maybe safer....front: remove calipers and rotors. Only takes a couple min to do so but saves dealing with all the weight. They probably need a good cleaning anyways! Rear: have the truck held off the ground via frame rails. Doing so allows much easier manipulation of the rear axle while inserting the blocks. Much safer too.
Average backyard mech can do this install in their own garage. Biggest headache is getting the front camber within range for your alignment guy. Takes a little time as you'll end up opening the holes thinks thats good. Putting it all back together, dropping the truck and using a level find you didn't go far enough. Jack the truck back up, remove wheels, remove....blabla bla.
