Magnaflow failed.

does anyone have the number to magnaflow? my muffler started rattling yesterday so i took it off. there is no loose debris inside and it seems the internal pipes came loose. it keeps getting worse, so i hope they can exchange it for a new one. i love the sound and performance, and am sure it is a freak thing. so if anyone can help, please let me know. thanks

your not alone, there have been a few cases of failed magnaflow mufflers.

thanks red. i remembered those posts. wish it was just a hole, i'd tig it shut but ive never heard of the internals going bad. :dontknow: we'll see what i can do

you dont need it , jsut put straight exhaust on there, that hair dyrer will qualm the noise :elefant:

yea i tried that. with catless mids, straight piped i made it about 2 miles before i got 2 tickets. one loud exhaust, one impropper equipment lol he said it sopunded mean tho but in this day and age its not acceptable so until hairdryer is complete, need a lil muff. (and not on my woman)
