Magnaflow Leak??

I have just notices a leak in my Magnaflow system. I have take it to the shop and they said they cant tighten the bracket any more, but i dont want to weld it. I have already put a sealer in between the pipes when i installed it.

Is there any other way to seal it?

Have you tried a different type of clamp? The D-clamps can get a lot of torque on it but will usually bind it so bad you would have to cut it off anyway.
Why not weld?

Tighened mine till the cows came home and they still leaked. I welded and man did that make a huge difference in tone!
