I have a magnaflow exhaust and i want to install a x pipe.....but there is supposed to be one in the muffler. Anyone ever verify this??

im still a little skeptical....you think it would hurt if i installed one anyway??

I was running a Gibson catback and switched to a Magnaflow, and wow, what a difference. The truck is much quieter and smoother,A bunch more power up top too!!The Magnaflow incorporates a tru flow crossover. The tone is much deeper now also!!!

Aeroturbine mufflers - try the 200 series for our trucks.

Rabbit---I've got an x-pipe which runs into two Magnaflow resonators, one on top one on the bottom...no muffler. The sound is great---nice and deep with the right amount of rumble!

heard this brand on a rumble bee........ sounded good, but loud........
I put two on each truck, instead of one Magnaflow. Flowing plenty of air now. Took a Flowmaster 40 series off of my hemi. Both trucks picked up HP and Trq. Straight through design. They sound and look great. Not tough on the pocket book either - low price. Saw them first at the local track. Many locals have been switching to them and proving it on the dyno. For some reason, they don't advertise much. Word of mouth sales I guess. I had them (an extra set) at the Nats to show around. One of our vendors should pick them up as a product.

Looks like they are discounted on this site. I bought mine through Taliban Dan.

The Stealth 200 muffler was designed for the high horsepower truck and SUV. Its straight through design provides the best performance for a 3" muffler with a smooth throaty tone.

Yes to answer your question there is an X-Pipe in the muffler, and no it will not hurt anything if you want to install an X-Pipe up stream from the muffler. It will deepen the sound of your truck IMO it sounds much better with the X-Pipe up stream.

im not too worried about the sound (only the popping) i was lookin for maybe a slight increase in power...
