Anyone ever been to mardi gras before? Me and some friends are gonna go in 2014 and was wondering if anyone had any tips recommendations on where to stay. We wanna be right in the middle of things cause we dont want to be driving. Lemme know fellas

Matt was tellin me about it the other day. Said he stayed at a nice hotel but it was in/near a gay section? Never heard of mardi gras having a gay section. Anyone ever heard of this? I dont wanna be squeezin by a bunch of gays
