me + 2 360's = bad...

Mine hydroplaned on the interstate and I was only doing maybe 50. Truck just went sideways alittle and luckily I was able to drive out of it. I will try not to take my truck if I know its raining from now on.

Damn!!! Sorry bro... Like Nowhat says, Just make sure you kinda sorta tell your adjuster to gat a MG exhaust istead of the OEM.....

Sorry about the truck Sharpi.............but your right, it could have been so much worse.

Nowwhat has got a good point. Some aftermarket items may be even cheaper than the stock ones.........Depo LED tails are only $100 off of ebay!!! Stock ones from the dealer gotta be way more.

If I didn't drive mine in the rain I would only get to drive it 4 weeks out of the year.:(

Have I ever mentioned this place is a Festering Shit Hole?:dontknow: ;) :D

Many of us don't drive in winter or wet conditions. Since you are pretty new to the forum, you should be aware that these trucks can get away from the best of drivers in less than optimum traction situations.

Some members here that are very experienced with powerful vehicles have swapped the grill and tailgate in even dry conditions.

Hence here is how my truck gets treated all winter:

The wings are for looks only....so don't let the maniacs give you crap....
If you hava cool adjuster...a Magnaflow will be cheaper for them to put on then a OE replacement....

Funny you mention the magnaflow. I actually had the magnaflow installed
in the summertime last year. Also before my accident the front bumper
had a small air pocket where the paint was peeling off and for the bed.
yeah, the bed. Well, i wish i took a picture of what that damn tonnau cover
did to me bed! Crap looks horrible. The entire edge around the bed
has basically no paint to speak of. i'm gonna tell them when they remove the
cover to keep it off. also i rashed a rim early on last year and the adjuster
told me he had it covered. so i think i'm doin fairly well on this accident. :D

Just got a call back... Adjuster said its gonna be back in my arms at the
end of february. Also told me its gonna cost 8400k. Looks like i got lucky
with the 100 dollar deductable. :)

You think lucky...wait until you see the next annual premium...how old are you?

But yes...$100 now is better that 8.4k.

You just love to find them one or two reasons to to tell us why it is good to be an old fart don't ya :D

That OK, old guys have to have fun also.

On a side note I did have an incident this summer and my rates didn't go up.

Daaaaaamn! . . . Sorry to see that Sharpi!:(

Glad you're OK :) Keep that seatbelt on!:D

Don't forget, here in VA, the repair shop and which parts get used is your choice, not the insurance company's (by law)!!
