So Im sure we all heard that some random couple of people who dont even like Vipers split the recent half billion jackpot. That is unacceptable. So, if we set up an online account where people who wish to participate chip in like 20 bucks a week, and split the cost AND the winnings (much like a pool that ppl do at work), would any of you be interested? We would obviously have to vote on a treasurer (not me, Ill spend it on beer and my kids) but why not increase the odds. Think about it….MILLIONS OF DOLLARS to buy Vipers and big ass houses for GTG's. Not to mention, twin turbo all of our 10's. Just a thought. We have a pool at work and so far we havent lost any money overall. You have to play to win and people have won it before. Not to mention, it would put VTCoA on the map forEVER. Like I said, just a thought.

It doesnt matter, two ppl just won. One was from Cali and another from GA. Mega Millions is nationwide and as far as I understand its really simple, if you win, you win. The rest is a matter of trust and binding contracts, which WILL happen if we go through with this.

Ill second that….BUT If there is a legally binding contract, well, there is no way around that. I had my lawyer draw up one up for work and its VERY simple. You have to contribute, or you are out of it completely. Dont see why it couldnt work here. If people e-sign a binding document, then whats the problem? I know its sounds sketchy for most people, but hey thats gambling. Id say 20 bucks here and there for a potential 2 or 3 million dollars sounds fair. It does get more complicated, but I guess that bridge will be crossed when and if we get there. Id like to see at least 10 ppl in on it.
