MENOPAUSE JEWElRY 1-4 the Ladies!

During my years in law enforcement I've only seen one woman go to jail simply because she was clearly the aggressor and physically assaulted her husband in front of their child as well as me and the other officer who was first on the scene. She actually thought she would be able to get away with it because she was smaller than the husband and could shed some fake tears at the drop of a hat. But before she made that mistake the other officer immediately took that big breasted woman's side consoling her and talking down to her husband. Luckily for the husband the first on the scene had to wait for backup with domestic disturbances. I could tell he was itching to haul the husband in even though I was trying to convince him something wasn't right with the stories. That's when she rushed him from her position clear across 15 feet to finally hit the hubby in his face with a closed fist. If it weren't for that move I'm afraid the husband was either going to have to leave or be taken into custody. Ain't that a bitch?

I have only seen one case of justice really being served in

one of these cases. The wife was on the stand (and she was HOT!),

describing what an abusive, threatening, terrorizing monster her husband

was. Her husband and his atty were at their table looking smug, and I,

like the other guys in the room did what seems the natural thing and

bought her bullshit, wishing we could take this guy out back for a

lesson. Well when she finally finished, and it was time for the husbands

atty to question this lady, he calmly announced, "no questions",

resulting in our thinking that they were just going to plead guilty.

Instead the husbands atty produced a tape recorder(thank goodness

Ga is a ONE party state) and when he played the tape it was

immediately clear that this woman was a lying bitch 1st class,

stating on the tape how people would believe her over him and

she was going to get everything. Well the judge dismissed the

husbands case and the stunned look on the womans face was priceless.

The best part was, the judge let the woman get almost to the exit

then hollered, "Sheriff, arrest that woman right now, I will issue an

incarceration order from the bench!" This resulted in applause from

everyone else in the courtroom. But I just wonder how many guy's

have been ruined because of the natural tendancy to believe women

over men in these situations?
