If you install a cai and a bbk with just cat back exhaust do need a tunner? I know a tuner will maximize performance i just wondering if the stock computer will run it to lean?

Adding the mod's above, the truck stock computer should be fine and not lean.

Can still gain abit of power and clean up. stock tune is lean up till 3000 and then rich up high. so just adding abit before 3000 rpm and leaning it out after helps . You won't notice all potential gains from mods without the tuner and a good tune. .....my 2 cents

You'll lose some tq. with out a tune.

On my 04, I did a K&n cai, and cat back exhaust and lost tq. Had Torrie do the tune and it was like night and day. You'll be done until you do more mods.
