I really want a chrome intake manifold, with a complete JMB nx set up, that is on the top of my list. I have a good line on a full exhaust, and I want a sct. Other than that anyone got any more/better ideas for a set up.

If your wanting the intake manifold to be more ''flashy'' just powdercoat it and save some $$$. For exhaust I would use your factory manifolds and good local muffler shop to put you a nice system on it. Just another way to save you some $$;) You could clean them up and have them ported and coated like I done. They looked very good IMO!

I've been there and done all the expensive headers, exhaust, cam, blower ect ect..... My suggestion would be like ''Prof'' always said have an end in mind before you start.;) There a blast to drive but can be very costly if your not careful.
You can do the things I mentioned and a tuner, shifter and lowering kit and the truck will be a whole different animal!!

Nitrous offers the most bang for the buck, by a wide margin. How much do you have to spend?

I've got all those things for sale. And the no2 kit is btr and the best and safest on the market. By 10x.

Im hoping for around 5k after the wife downs the rest of my bonus. I want the chrome manifold bc it looks great, i do like some of the powder coated intakes but something about that chrome i love. I really like the jmb nitrous bc it makes a ton of power. This is my daily driver so I'm trying be functional and a little faster.

Just buy my heads package and exhaust and you will bost your hp 150+hp and will fit your budget. As its less than half price and only has about 2000miles on it.

Not to hijack but Kyle I was thinking the exact same thing! Having my Intake and manifolds ported and coated. For your manifolds how much did that set you back? I'm going to start asking around town and have no idea what's reasonable?

Whats the average cost to powdercoat our intakes? I will have mine off to do coils and wires and was just gonna get it hot tanked to make it look new but may powdercoat depending on cost. Valve covers are getting dipped in snakeskin!!!!!

That'll look great!

$120....but you have to pay a $500 refundable core charge up front if you go with JMB. But he is the man with powdercoating stuff on our trucks. So $620 up front, but after refund, only $120.
