We need to get a general idea of how many trucks we're going to have under the tent(s) before we rent them. We don't want anyone left out in the baking sun, and we don't really want a ton of wasted space.
I'll have prices for everyone once we determine the tent size options available.

REMEMBER: the more people in the tents, the cheaper they are.

Just remember they want but about 6 trucks fit under each tent;) :D


I tannnin this year, paid last year and sat outside the darn thing:p

Didn't the National's list from the meetings thread have a good head count in it though? Looked to be about 27 or so trucks maybe...

Yeah...we're gonna try to roll it all into one to help keep costs down.
The "Viper Pit" will be 1 or 2 tents, then to the side will be "The Hive" where the RumbleBee and Daytona guys will have a separate tent for their trucks.

Thanks for the reminder. I need to post over there for a headcount.
 
We need to take over the lawn in front of the tents this year.
