Mopar Nats 07 - Info For Pre-Registered Trucks

For those that pre-registered, we will be able to use the Gate B access point at the event. This saves us tons of time because it's literally right next to the "Viper Pit" and tents, and increases safety as we don't have to drive through the enormous crowd from one of the other gates.
The trick is that we have a very small window of time that it will be open for us. The gate is normally reserved for police and EMT use only.

We will meet prior to the event at a designated location very close to the track (no turns; no stoplights). I have a couple of places picked out, but need final confirmation, which will be coming soon. The trucks will then line up, single file, and head over to the event.
Gate B will only be open for approx. 20 minutes as we filter the trucks in.

I need someone to nominate themselves as the "caboose". Each day, this will be the last truck in the single file line. They'll also help me corral stragglers and late-comers. It will also give me a license plate number so I can tell the gatekeeper where our line of trucks ends.
First pre-registered owner to post gets the (easy) job.

Exiting the event each evening will need to be done via one of the regular gates.
We will not be able to exit through Gate B.

As would a Virginia tag. But it's all good. This is going to be one hell of a site, all our trucks heading up and onto the grounds in one long Conga line... Cha cha cha cha cha...CHA:D
 
Money for the Tent!

Noticed on the other site that they are requesting payment from people intending on staying under the tent at the Nats. Is this the same tent we are using?
 
You guys have got to slow down, I can't keep up.
 
Kevan, I already know the drill with the tent stakes (as you know). Just let me know if you want me in the front or in the rear with the gear?

Mopower- the job is yours as long as you're not towing a trailer (?). We need it to be 'trucks only' at that gate.

Thanks Bone. I might need you to do some tent direction once we all get in the gate. That'd help a lot.

Anyone have any idea what Vendor space is going for? Who can I contact? Thinking about bringing out the rig and setting everything up, I know its kinda late in the game and I'm thinking space is prob sold out or close to gone by now but its worth a shot:dontknow:
