Eddie 102873 or whatever number he was born on:D

Is the Captain or head cook of the Cook out on saturday night at the tent at the nats:rock:

Everyone needs to coordinate with Eddie about what to bring and so on.

We figure to maybe hit wally world and jsut get a couple cheap grills that are uh disposable:D

Best bet is bring what ya want to cook, cook it , eat it, find ya own toilet if ya dont eat ya own food:D

Bring ya own drinks

Those that want to bring for everyone, needs to let it be Known,

BONE EATS EVERYTHING!! THIS IS YOUR ONE AND ONLY WARNING:D

Post up BBQ Fags:p

I am bringing a trailer so i will bring my gas grill along
it getin kinda old so if it gets screwed up, no big deal.
do we need a generator for anything?

dont think we need the generator for cooking. wasnt planning on anything spectacular just burgers and dogs with chips so everyone could enjoy each others company instead of raiding a restaraunt like last year it was just so hard to try and get 20+ people seated at the same place i figured it would be better to eat under the tent and hang out so everyone could talk and not make someones dining experience total hell. kinda like evansville at boomers. im sure we probably got on a lot of folks nerves up there. well maybe a little. anyway we can pool grocery money or whatever and make one run to get everything. when we get there we can get it all cordinated. oh and thanks stank for the nomination.....lol

LOL....

I am filling the cooler with meat... namely Venison...in the form of Brat's... the "Dixie Gang" -n- I will eat em if your skeered. Hey Eddie I got one backstrap left. Might give it the marinade and we can serve it up as a snack:rock:

I can pick up some further needs from Toledo when the list gets a bit longer.

got plenty myself. i may load up the cooler with some too. got a lot of backstrap. great idea. will go good about midday. i dont mind the cooking nuthin better than hanging out with friends with cold beer and good food.

Heh heh....sorry about the shock-post, Eddie. I mentioned to Stinker last night, "Well, since Eddie had the awesome idea of doing a BBQ on Sat. night, I think I'll put him in charge of that." :D I didn't know that Stinker was going to post so quickly. LOL Lesson learned.

I have a (gas) grill that I'd be willing to haul down to the event (I do own a truck after all. LOL). It's a decent size, with two levels and a single side burner.

The track closes at dusk, so we'd have to do a slightly early dinner on Sat. night: maybe 5pm until 7pm. That should get us fed and leave a few to clean up and pack up before heading to Heath.

We'll need a 2nd chef to help you run the grill and get everyone served in a timely fashion. First one to volunteer gets the job.

As far as food goes, I think burgers and dogs are the way to go. If there are some specialties that folks want, they can bring it themselves and toss it on the grill. You know....Boomer and his Tofu burgers... :D

I'll give you a call this evening and work out the other details.

I will help Eddie with the grillin...after all it allows us to pick at the Venison...:D

thats fine with me, if you want to bring the grill we can pick up a el cheapo at walmart too just want to be able to cook enough so people wont have to wait. i think i still have about 20 lbs of venison sausage that i can bring too. if im not at home call me on the cell and ill call you back ive got a birthday dinner with the whole family at 5pm so from 5 to 630 ill be out of pocket but ill call you back.

i tried to put her in charge and got a few 4 letter words thrown my way. she can cook, put 70 pounds on me in about 2 yrs. 1 weighed 155 when we met. them homemade biscuits will do it to ya. im sure she will be close by. i love to grill so it will be a blast.ill round up all my cooking shit this weekend.

The Amerihost has a Kroger two blocks away for food and beverages.

FYI, the burgers at the Track are 6 bucks a piece with a nice line to wait in.

I am flying in so I can't bring much;

I will be happy to contribute financially.............................

i think since stinker so graciously nominated me for this ill let him be my house bitch and tote my beers all day...lol he said he would but he would have authority to cut folks off if they got too drunk.
