mopar sent the wrong damn dampner bolt, now what?

So I ordered a new balancer, pulley, and bolt based off my 05's vin but it isn't the correct one. I used a 21m socket to pull the old bolt out. The one they sent has a larger head, is much shorter in length and too freakn wide. Does anyone have some insight on these bolts, been down now two weeks and the parts are taking way to long to arrive-7days. Thanks in advance.

Take your old bolt to a proper commercial hardware and have them match it up

If i'm not mistaken, Mopar only sells the harmonic balancer/dampener as an assembly including bolt. You can't just buy the bolt on it's own.

Fastenal could be a good place to start.

I got it, made the parts counter look up 2004 viper engine crank bolt - $13 bucks and some change, which they swapped for the short stubby one they sent. I did buy the other stuff from them they just sent the wrong bolt. Problem solved, thanks for your input.
