It will require a flash for the VIN. Shouldn't need any other upgrades.

As Smoke stated needs only a vin flash to work in your same year truck.............but to get the most out of the flash its best to have deleted your cats and or have headers!:burnout: I have deleted my cats but do not have headers and IMO, this flash :rock: :rock: :burnout: big time!!
