Motor Questions..."this don't make sence"

ok so as you all know my warrenty has been voided on the motor..cause of me pulling the motor out an replacing the #10 cylinder....well i have new news an a bunch of questions...the piston i replaced is not the problem ..the #3 piston rod is currently hanging out of the oil pan....with the wrist pin still in it..so my question is....isnt the #3 piston that always takes a crap on these motors?...an does me replacing the #10 piston an rod could it have anything to do with the #3 now??

Yes #3 seems to be the first one to go. Not sure about the other questions.
