Two of my friends hit deer and went down. They got beat up pretty bad but survived. One of them completely totaled the bike. The other rebuilt it. Another buddy of mine took out a big ass Turkey at like 100mph. The damn turkey went through his fairings right by the headlight of his 07 GSX-R. All we saw was a cloud of feathers. No one, except him, knew what happened. I thought that was funny as hell.

I have come close (not that close) many times. Every year for Bike week in Daytona you hear how people died from hitting a deer.
Biggest thing I hit so far was a racoon.

I wish I was a dirt bike rider too It happened on that R1 you see on my avatar. The bike wasn't too messed up, all cosmetic. So it's already as good as new. I'm not as good as new, but I'm good enough.
