What street motorcycles have you owned?

I will list mine in the order that I bought them;

1. 1979 HD Sporster Hugger.

2. 1984 Suzuki GS1150ES.

3. 1986 Suzuki GSXR1100.

4. 1998 Yamaha R1.

5. 2000 Ducati MH900E.

6. 2003 Aprilia Limited Edition Tuono R.

All bought brand new.

The last three were very hard to get, I was told many times that there was no way I would get one....but I did.

Only the Sporster, and the Ducati were under 100 horsepower.

The R1 is the only one I have left, but I have put way too much money and mods into it to ever sell it.

in high school, i had a yamaha sr500, college i had a yamaha 750 virago & early in marriage i had a yamaha 920 virago......... lots 'o fun, but too many dangerous drivers made me give up on bikes.

i've owned a ton more cars/trucks.....

The water Buff was a fun bike but I was just a kid then. I ran the crap out of it and traded it to a friend for a Jeep. I remember it would burn the tire about 150 foot before 1 cylinder let go.
I would love to have it and the V65 back. I actually liked the V65 best of all but the water buff would be 2nd on my list.

actually most were unfortunatly race bikes
the tl was actually pretty fun modded up, but still heavy, my only regret is I allways wanted to beat one guy.............tray batey,,,,,,,,,,got close one time, we beat each other to death for 8 laps got me by half a bike at vir:argh: :argh: :argh: that was one of my last races
