That time again! Gonna do something minor this week. The weather's gonna be nice. I'm spending it on the water instead of the garage. But as promised to myself and the truck. A mod a week she gets.

1)Gonna take the hideous caps off all the fill reservoirs and paint them either red or black or silver.

2) I should FINALLY have my VTCoA.com logos on too! The guy finally got around to em. I kinda wished I hadn't of told him to take his time, cause he did just that.

3) As always, DRINK SOME DAMN BEERS! :beer:

i wanted to go on the lake too this weekend but i gotta install my air bags before i go to boomer's next week. so i guess its me and bud light in the shop this weekend, plus my oldest has got prom night sat night so i gotta do that deal too. post pics would love to see the logo's.

I kinda wish I had a "cool" mod to get out of the way before Boomer's. The guy that welded my exhaust said he could delete my cats and make some mechanical 02 sims for me for $100. I MAY take him up on that. But the lake is awful enticing. I love it out there!!! I haven't much time on the water yet this year and I am itching to go. I'll definately post some pics of the logo when completed. Hope your "oldest" has fun at prom! Are they taking your truck or car?

Update!

I did my reservoir caps late today. I should have pics tomorrow or the next with them all installed.

The logo decal. Well. That guy is about to p!$$ me off. He keeps putting me off. By the time I got fed up and was gonna have someone else do them, everywhere is closed. I've worked with the guy in the past (haven't spoke to him in a while though) but his work is the best ive seen. I could have went to any ol sign shop but his work is great. BUT if I can't get him to do anything, it isn't worth crap. This guy is really p!$$ing me off!!! Oh well. I was humble to him cause he's been sick and behind with lettering race cars. I didn't want to side track him with my few measly decals.

Beer? Drank plenty. I went to a friend's cookout yesterday and we all have a "Don't leave weak" policy. Anytime anyone leaves, you have to leave your mark on the pavement as you depart. I managed to blow em off through 3 gears!!! (cool, late night and cool tires) I wish I got it on video! It was my best burnout to date! :rock:
