I am going to give it a try. I give you credit for attempting a mod like that when it has the chance of going terribly bad. Then you would have to get a new liner.

I'm pondering covering the arm rest part of my door panels with the scrap I had from my hood liner.

That looks very sharp... Very subtle, even almost factory-like feel to it.

That along with your pinstriping on the hood makes for a nice individual look.

Thanks! I was trying to be subtle. I've never liked extremely outlandish interiors.

Are you worried about the material catching on fire from the heat of the engine?! Is the Headliner glue temperature resistant!?!

Honestly, I NEVER thought about it. I wouldn't think so, nce the hood liner is "fabric" like, this stuff shouldnt catch fire. Plus there are part number decals and stuff right beside my manifolds on some AC lines. It says the headliner glue is temp resistant and can be used to repair hood liners. We shall see though!
