a PAC SWI-JACK let me use the stock steering wheel control.
some 6x9 FOCAL 690 cvx, replace the stock front one.......with some mods due to the depth
stock rear speaker but will change them soon
aftermarket sub amp and stock subwoofer but will change it soon

it works with JVC, Alpine, Clarion, Kenwood and Blaupunkt Models with a Wired Remote Input jack.

+1. There's some lag when you push a button, and if you don't push firmly enough sometimes it doesn't catch it. But on the other hand, you can program the buttons to do pretty much anything you want.
