I was driving home tonight when a 2007 Evo (AWD) pulled up next to me and started doing the ricer thing. Well after a mile or so I decided to oblige. We raced twice from a dig. First race 0 to 80 mph, got him by 4 car lengths by about 60 mph. Second race I got him by 3 car lenghts 0 to 70 mph. I'm pretty impressed with my truck considering these things run 0 to 60 in about 4.7 seconds. We stopped to talk and the Evo had exhaust, is chipped and has a CAI. I still have the adrenaline running in my veins. I love these trucks!

It is awesome watching peoples faces when they get spanked by a 6000 lb truck. I think we went at it twice because he had his girlfriend in the car and couldn't believe what had just happened.

that just sweeten the deal, probably talking shit and telling his ol lady if he had some turbos and every damn thing else.

He probably told his girlfriend that you had nitrious.....that is one of the first questions I get asked at the track "what nitrious system you running on your truck"...:p

Awesome kill,
Gotta love the expression on their face when they realize they just got spanked by a three ton truck!!!!!!!:D :D :D :D :burnout:

Yeah and having that blower under the hood helps with the confidence too:rock: nice kill george!!

I love it.. I ran into an EVO last year and went for it but his buddy in a Firebird intentionally blocked me within the first two shifts. I got around that fool and caught up to the EVO but realized the high speeds on a frontage road were getting out of hand.. So I let the kid have it. Of course he laughed and talked shit with his little GF in the car while failing to ackowledge how his buddy cheated for him.. :dontknow: But he was too young to realize that his parents would have thanked me for helping him live through that night.

congrats you just cost that guy ~ $5,000 in upgrades :D .... I like those evo's... rice or not.. they're just fun cars to drive:D... and yeah... I got asked... 'you running nitrous' once or twice bahahahah

road kill

I am still looking for my first victim. I have tried to entice a few times but they won't bite. I bought my 2004 RC in March. I will let you know when I get my first.

These types of experiences are the most gratifying. We truly get to enjoy the end results of the pain and suffering we go thru modding our trucks. Thanks for all the comments.
