I got a stock 350 in my garage hanging on an engine stand (IMAGINE THAT!!) that I picked up about 10 years ago for less than a grand. Get an engine for it Mikey, have your daddy put it in for you and there you go!! :star:

The core and all else internally should still be good and rebuildable. It should cost less than 600 for a basic rebuild of the short block. A little more if you want a bigger cam, a little more if you want forged pistons, a lot more if you want aluminum heads. And so on and so forth. Get the idea? I would end up dumping 2K or more into the darn thing if I rebuilt it. That's why I am gonna let someone else do it...I have no fiscal self-control!!:dontknow:
