Absolutely not. Centric Parts does not supply their Posi Quiet brake pads to NAPA. These are not the same parts.

It would be inappropriate for me to post marketing information on a forum that I'm not currently sponsoring. I just wanted to correct some misinformation that was being posted.

Your best (and unbiased) source for comparative data on these pads is from fellow forum members who have used them. I would look around and see what SRT-10 owners are saying about their experience with these and other pads. There should be enough data to form a reasonable conclusion.

Fair enough.

go to napa store and get the cheapest napa brand they have no squeak and hardly any dust. ran them on the qc for 2 years. no problems
yep lifetime warranty too....lol
just spoke with a napa dealer:

entry grade pads are 1yr warranty
middle pads are 2yr warranty
top grade ($124.00 for fronts only) are limited defect warranty - in other words if they blew apart..... no lifetime warranties on any of their brakes for our trucks.:(

I've got EBC Reds on the front and no noise. I will need new rotors when the its time for new pads.

As far as stopping ability, the stockers are awfully hard to beat  ,but the squealing is horrendous

I got Performance Friction pads from Auto Zone and they are absolutely quiet and almost no dust at all.Had them for almost two years (I think) and love them

Reasonably priced, too.:) around $60 front is what I paid ,rear about the same using Ram 3500 part numbers for rear

The Centric Posi Quiets from Zeckhausen seem a bit high to me :dontknow:

It all comes down to what is most important to the individual.Go with what you feel is right for you and YOUR truck.

I got the slotted rotors, And posi - Quiet pads last time from Dave Z.
I think they are great, And will go with them again when they need replacing.

I will say this before ol dave gets too riled up and people start beating me to death since somebody rang his bell:D

dave makes awefully good stuff, and is awesome to deal with:rock:

I actually have sent many a folks to him, simply because the EBC's I sell are very expensive, and those that have bought them from me know I sell them almost at my cost.

but pads are basically pads to be stright forward, its all in there composition,, and how much of one thing or another goes into the pad, from being able to stop well, to no noise or dust is a complicated thing to do to make everyone happy.

I shant say no mo, I plead the fifth, anyone can do there own searches on pad compounds and make up, I am no expert by no means , but did alot of R@D with performance friction during my racing days since they are only a few miles from me, and I did stay at a holiday inn express that night too.:p

ebc greens. Squeaked very lightly the first week, until they settled in. Been fine ever since. Gottem' from the Stankster.

Same with me...got mine from Stinker...

By the way I have the oem pads with very little wear if anyone wants them...

so ,basically more dust usually means better braking ,right ? :dontknow:
it means you have to clean your wheels more;)

since i replaced the stockers, i have the ebc greens front and rear (second set)....not as responsive as the stockers, but seem to be a great pad...i've turned the rotors 3 times now, but you're not supposed to...what i have noticed is they tend to warp a little quicker each time they are ran hard...i.e. road course, dragon's tail, etc....

i will be going with the zeckhausen rotors for sure, and probably his pads so i have a comparison against the ebc's myself
