Thanks for the compliments!! It kinda sux seeing all of this mess, but I know it will be worth the fuss. I am not looking forward to cleaning up though! (Anybody want to join me for a dusting party?!)


Well, the popcorn came off of the ceiling tonight! This is what she looks like now:

Well I finally got the gumption to start painting yesterday. I bought myself a Wagner Airless Sprayer and a Power Roller attachment!!! That thing is great!!! A little difficult to clean, but not too bad. Really saves time not having to dip into the tray and shit!!

The kitchen is cut in (Except for the ceiling), and the ceiling is done throughout!(Except for cutting in)
I think the ceiling came out great!:rock: Love the look of the knock-down vs. the popcorn!!

Yeah, I can't wait! They should be going up the week after I get back from Jamaica! Around the 12th or 13th I hope! Then about ten days from that, the granite counter top!

That power roller is great! All of this green, (1 gallon) only took me about 45 minutes!

Now I gotta go clean it up! Yuk!

Unfortunately, I am not as close to done as I wanted to be, and... this color will need another coat!! I thought it might, only because the existing paint was semi-gloss, and I, (even though I know better) didn't prep it well.
I am still hopeful that I will be 100% by the time we leave Sunday!!:rock::rock:

Alexis is well, thanks! She came home this weekend and we got to spend some quality time together!!

This Friday she comes home until the 17th!!! Of course there's the 11 days in Jamaica thrown in there for good measure!!!! Can't wait to get away!!!!
