Do you guys think this will net me any gain, or at least some better throttle response? I bored this out at work, polished a lil bit, and partially knife-edged the center...let me know what you guys think...

I bored it striaght through (65mm), still uses the factory blades ;)

Stock blades won't work will they if you bored it that much:dontknow:

It looks awesome though!

I don't think a TB is worth the money. They seem to dyno only 0 to 5 hp. I made over 700 rwhp with stock TB and stock heads. Spend your money on stuff that matters, like '07 headlights and get rid of that gold reflector.

you should see some response cody, you have opened it a bit, but the biggest area of gain is in the middle of the tb, that section needs to come down a bit and be sharpened up more, that is where the hand porting comes in, but as it is, you should see some throttle response buddy

Do you have any pics of your truck with the 07's in it?

jsut take th elower area just below the center , and blend that so that the air flows in smoothly and you will be good to go

Cody, If you can make those plates you can probably sell about 5 or 6 of them.

There gonna be pretty simple to do long as i can find a big enough piece of aluminum, but as far as selling them, the Mods will shut that down quick unless i work something with a current vendor

Don't think selling a few would be a problem as long as the current vendors are not offering them.

I personally like the NR headlights better....

On the TB - I polished mine when I put on my K&N filter that I bought from you. I noticed a "set of pants" difference when I installed it. IDK if that was from the drop in or if it was from the polished TB..... it took me a long ass time to get that TB looking good though. I'll see if I can take a picture today for you.
