So when I finally decided on a SRT10, I was looking for a truck that would be able to haul my Mustang if I decided to do so. I looked at tons of jacked up F250s and Excursions. I really enjoy the looks of those, but man they where boring to drive. Having previously owned a supercharged F150, I knew there was more fun to be had in a truck.
Here is my stang. It's a 2009 Roush Blackjack, 1 of 47 built.
Of course since it's such a limited number, you leave it stock right? Car has a built motor, cams, VMP supercharger, full BMR suspension front to back and should put down around 600 to the tires. I think I will keep it tuned down to around 550ish until I get some bigger injectors as my 52s are almost maxed.
Stock motor held up 480 RWHP for years, I was always told 500 was the limit for a 3v car. So once my new blower got here, I put that limit to the test, turns out it was true lol, at 502RWHP I broke a rod and literally shot a piston out the side of the block and took out part of the head on the dyno. Had my hood not been open, it would have ruined it.
