Let's try this again....

Damn dude. You must really not like me....confusing me with the Sickness.
That's mean as hell.

Silverback- Our braking circuit uses 2 lines out, but only a single power booster (and resevoir) for those lines.

REMEMBER: If your brake pedal goes to the floor, use the *other* brake pedal....the one on the FAR left.
It's the reason why I hugged you like I did at Nat's Bro.....Your my long lost significantly weirder twin :D

Most states require min liability. Only time full coverage is required is when financial institution holds title. I own my vehicle outright so full coverage is voluntary for me. I don't have automobile liability insurance per say. Az requires a min amount or you must post a bond. I posted a bond and have an umbrella policy that far better covers me regarding liability concerns. I have a separate policy for uninsured and under insured. Only time I pay is if I'm at fault. Its a gamble for sure but so far its been in my favor, however, I learned today that her insurance has decided its my fault. I guess I'll see how far they want to fight this. In the mean time I'll have to pay to fix my vehicle out of my pocket. My lawyer/insurance (umbrella) will play hard ball for me towards her carrier.

As far as I'm concerned, no personal injuries and I'll have my SRT back on the road shortly. Already talked to my paint guy about shaved handles, refurbed front fascia (lots of rock chips) as well as a few extra coats of clear all over. I want something I can wet sand and polish without too much fear of getting into the color coat.

What you have going for you is that you still had the right of way, yellow light means stop if you can, but you could not without endangering others, and she was turning left meaning that she was crossing your traffic, also she hit you in the rear quarter meaning that she turned into you.

Your insurance/lawyers will prevail in this... her insurnace company is just being typical about trying to not pay... as they all are that way... all that has to be done is the accident reconstruction...
